Large property. Rooms were average size, balcony faced parking lot so that was disappointing, food options weren’t as many as expected. Pizza was good and not pricy. Place looked fun if you are there with a group of kids, lots of pools that stayed open after dark. Front desk was helpful, Ben was super kind.

We generally stay at this hotel for our trips to Orlando. There seems to always be something broken. Both elevators were down, and we were on the 11th floor. Walking wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the luggage. Breakfast time, out of two toasters, one was broken. Maintenence staff was great, very friendly.

Sean at front desk was par excellent....facility was superb...and food was spectacular. Watching Disney Fireworks from the Roof top Sushi zbar was an added Bonus!!

We arrived at around 430 and our room was not ready. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and said she would call when the room was ready, but did not. We went to check again around 630 and our room was in fact ready. The view from our room was of the parking lot, however, our room was clean.
The restaurant Euphoria on site was just ok.
We got bamboozled into going to listen to the vacation club in service which took up 4 hours of our time and stupidly we fell for it. Hours later I came to my senses and revoked immediately, however, the process is stressful.
